Description
After trying out different Mounjaro recipes, I’ve come up with a go-to version that keeps the classic base but adds a few carefully chosen ingredients to boost its benefits. This “Balanced Wellness Mounjaro Recipe” brings together simplicity and function for a more complete, easy-to-make option.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 tbsp raw apple cider vinegar (with “the mother”)
- Juice of 1/2 fresh lemon
- 1/2 tsp freshly grated ginger
- 1/4 tsp ground turmeric
- 1 tsp raw honey (optional, for sweetness)
- 1 cup warm water (not boiling)
- 1/8 tsp freshly ground black pepper (enhances turmeric absorption)
- 3–4 fresh mint leaves
- 1 small slice of cucumber (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Gently warm the water to a comfortable temperature (not boiling) to preserve the beneficial compounds.
- Pour the apple cider vinegar into your glass.
- Add the freshly squeezed lemon juice.
- Add the freshly grated ginger, ground turmeric, and black pepper.
- If using, stir in the raw honey until completely dissolved.
- Pour the warm water over the mixture and stir gently to combine all ingredients.
- Tear or lightly bruise the mint leaves to release their oils, then add them to the drink.
- Allow the mixture to steep for 2-3 minutes.
- If desired, strain the mixture to remove the ginger pieces and mint leaves for a smoother drink.
- Garnish with a cucumber slice if using.
